Florian Kamberi rested for Hibs friendly with Willem II as Jack Ross names different team for each half
Striker won't be risked as he recovers from knock
Hibs head coach Jack Ross has named two teams for the Easter Road side's friendly with Willem II in Spain today - but striker Florian Kamberi won't be risked.
The 24-year-old took a knock to his knee during the defeat at home to Rangers, and was forced to sit out the derby day win over Hearts at Tynecastle on Boxing Day and trip to Livingston three days later.
He recuperated at home in Switzerland over Christmas before linking up with his team-mates in the new year for the flight to Malaga having come through a gym session unscathed. The former Grasshoppers forward has been taking part in the training sessions in Estepona but won't take part in today's friendly clash with the Eredivisie side.
Adam Bogdan and David Gray will both start the game for Hibs along with Tom James and Fraser Murray while Ben Stirling, Adam Jackson and Steven Whittaker will play the second 45. Oli Shaw and Murray are the only two players named in both teams.
Former Hibs defender Miquel Nelom has been named among Willem II's substitutes.
First half team: Bogdan; Gray, McGregor, Hanlon, James; F Murray, Hallberg, Allan, Horgan; Shaw, Doidge.
Second half team: Marciano; Naismith, Jackson, Porteous, Stevenson; Whittaker, Slivka, Stirling, F Murray; Shaw, Boyle.
