Football Manager 2024 has been released live on Steam through early access and fans of the popular game are already sinking their teeth into the latest edition. The series is now over 30-years old and an impressive worldwide database of clubs, players and staff gives gamers the opportunity to take charge of their beloved clubs and attempt to guide them to unprecedented successes.
Just for fun, we simulated three years into the future with the new game to see how clubs across the Scottish Premiership and the rest of the world had fared. Here is how the Hibs starting XI looked in our simulation at the close of the 2026 summer transfer window:
9. RW - Aidan Fitzpatrick
St Johnstone snapped the winger up from Partick Thistle in 2024 and two successful seasons in Perth saw Hibs bring him to Easter Road for a fee of £400k
10. LW - Elie Youan
Another real life original who has seldom been out of the team in our sim and has scored 16 goals over the 2024/25 and 2025/26 campaigns
11. CF - Dylan Vente
The striker has two impressive seasons to start his Hibs career scoring 13 league goals in 23/24 and then 12 in 24/25 but a return of six from the 25/26 season has seen them recruit a young English forward on loan to provide competition
12. Manager - Callum Davidson
Nick Montgomery leads Hibs to back-to-back third place finishes in 23/24 and 24/25. They finish sixth in 25/26 but reach both cup finals where they lose to St Johnstone and St Mirren. Sheffield United then snap up Montgomery and Davidson is brought in.
