'Harsh on Hallberg', 'I would have dropped Hanlon' - Hibs fans react to starting XI to face Livingston

Hibs fans have been reacting to the news that Jack Ross has made four changes to the side that lost 2-0 to Ross County for this afternoon’s visit of first-footers Livingston.

Ofir Marciano and Stevie Mallan return to the starting line-up after missing the last few weeks with injury, with Dillon Barnes and Drey Wright dropping out, while Lewis Stevenson is also recalled in place of Josh Doig.

The final change sees Alex Gogic displace Melker Hallberg in the defensive midfield role.

Here is a selection of Hibs fans’ reaction:

Mark Anderson (@hibees1876): Great to see Gogic back might actually win something in the midfield, great to see Murphy in the squad too.

Andy Jeffrey (@AndyJeffrey16): Harsh on Hallberg but Mallan should bring more creativity.

b (@jimmybob123yr): Might actually win a game now

William Henderson: Barnes hasn’t put a foot wrong these past few games, but it’s good to see Rocky back

Jim Manderson: Strong bench , lets get the job done Hibs

Steven Bowyer: Just glad Hallberg won’t be taking the free kicks

Allan Tennant: Pity we have no other CH's other than DM as I would have dropped hanlon today, last couple of games he hasn't been great

Steven (@FamousFive1875): Good to have some of the injured players back. Better looking side.

Dougie Todman (@DougieTodman): My only issue with this, is we’re back to being lopsided, no proper LM. Been a feature too often the last few years at Hibs. Hoping we play more of a 3-5-2 than 4-4-2. I do welcome Ross making changes though.
