Hibs 0-1 Rangers recap: Morelos strikes early in second half as Gers take points in the Capital
Hibs succumbed to defeat in the Capital against Rangers.
There were two major incidents in the game; the first being a flashpoint in which Alfredo Morelos appeared to stamp on Ryan Porteous after the pair tussled for the ball and the second being the same Rangers player scoring what turned out to be the winner after giving Porteous the slip.
The defeat means Hibs still haven’t won two consecutive home matches since 2018 but there were signs of improvement after Saturday’s Hampden humbling.
