Hibs' Betfred Cup clash wth Alloa Athletic to be screened live on Premier Sports

Hibs supporters with a Premier Sports subscription will get the chance to watch their Betfred Cup quarter-final clash with Alloa Athletic for free after the match was one of two ties picked up by the broadcaster.

Jack Ross’ side will travel to the Indodrill Stadium on Tuesday, December 15 looking to do what Edinburgh rivals Hearts failed to do this past weekend and that’s defeat Peter Grant’s men en route to the next round of the competition.

Hibs were able to book their own passage thanks to a 1-0 home victory over Dundee with Jamie Murphy scoring the only goal of the game.

Premier Sports will also show St Mirren v Rangers the following night. The draw for the semi-finals will be made once that game finishes. Both live matches have a 8pm kick-off time.

Dunfermline v St Johnstone and Livingston v Ross County make up the other two ties.
