Hibs cup-winning hero Conrad Logan finds new club in January window

Former Hibs goalkeeper Conrad Logan has moved on loan to Forest Green Rovers for the remainder of the 2019/20 season.

The 33-year-old signs from Mansfield Town, where he's spent the last two-and-a-half years.

It's the tenth club of the keeper's career. He's most fondly remembered in Leith after becoming an unlikely hero in the club's 2016 Scottish Cup run.

Signing as a free agent late in the season, Logan put in a man-of-the-match performance, including saving a pair of penalties in the shoot-out, on his Hibs debut as Alan Stubbs' men defeated Dundee United in the semi-final.

He then kept goal for the famous day on May 21 as the Easter Road club ended their 114-year wait to win Scotland's premier cup competition, defeating Rangers 3-2 at Hampden.
