Mark Atkinson: The fact that St Mirren have real problems scoring should help Hibs in their quest for more wins. I feel defence is Hibs' weak point, but Saints are a team where that shouldn't matter too much. Hibs have got too much firepower and creativity not to get themselves on the scoresheet. It might take a bit of time to break down a stubborn and well-organised opponent, but this ought to be a win for Hibs. Prediction: Hibs 2-0 St Mirren.

Neil McGlade: This looks a fairly straightforward assignment for Hibs and one they should duly take care of. St Mirren are a stubborn side to break down but don't score nearly enough goals - the lowest scoring in the top flight with just 17 all season. Hibs, on the other hand, are coming off a 4-2 win over Dundee United in the cup and have enough talent in the final third to deliver the three points. Prediction: Hibs win.

Anthony Brown: Hibs’ home form has been good under Jack Ross and if they can overcome both Hamilton Accies and Dundee United at Easter Road, there is no reason they shouldn’t be capable of doing likewise against St Mirren. With Martin Boyle, Christian Doidge and Joe Newell all in form and the prospect of a new striker being added to the mix, the hosts should have too much for their visitors. Prediction: Hibs 3 St Mirren 1

Patrick McPartlin: St Mirren have caused Hibs issues in the past, but with the home side on the back of a good win over Dundee United in the Scottish Cup, I can't see the points returning to Paisley. The Buddies are slowly but surely becoming a well-drilled, hard-to-beat team as evidenced by last weekend's stubborn stalemate against Aberdeen. But that was their own patch, and coming to Easter Road to face a Hibs team buoyed by a run of decent results probably isn't top of Jim Goodwin's wishlist. Prediction: Hibs win

Joel Sked: It is the latest in a busy run of fixtures for Hibs. Ross made the point of praising the squad's character after the 4-2 win over Dundee United during the week. He has been making a change here or there to keep things fresh but is limited in his options. In the opening game of the season, St Mirren were organised but offered little in attack. They still possess that organisation but will show a bit more ambition. Hibs should, however, have enough to pull the defence apart and should be able to keep a clean sheet. Prediction: Hibs win

Craig Fowler: Even Paul Heckingbottom managed to beat St Mirren. Prediction: Hibs win.
