Hibs loan star to 'watch this space' over Wigan extension

After moving to the DW Stadium in September, the Welshman’s stay is due to expire after the Latics’ skybet League One match against Rochdale this weekend.
However caretaker boss Leam Richardson is hopeful of keeping him longer, and potentially for the remainder of the season.

“He’s been outstanding since he’s been here, he’s grown within the group, and he’s a great influence on the others.
“Fingers crossed there’ll be another couple of positive conversations over the next couple of days and we can resolve that one in our favour.
“Watch this space.”
Hibs boss Jack Ross has been active in the transfer market this month, recruiting Matt Macey from Arsenal, midfielder Jackson Irvine and last night the transatlantic transfer for Chris Cadden was completed.
