Hibs striker Christian Doidge named Ladbrokes Premiership player of the month for November

Hibs striker Christian Doidge has been named the Ladbrokes Premiership player of the month for November.

The 27-year-old scored six goals in four league games, including a hat-trick against St Johnstone on November 9.

The ex-Forest Green Rovers hitman had not netted for Hibs on league duty prior to that` treble, with his only goals coming in the Betfred Cup.

Doidge becomes the first Hibs player to win the award since Leigh Griffiths in February 2013, although Efe Ambrose, John McGinn and Jason Cummings all claimed the player of the month awards when Hibs were in the Championship between 2014 and 2017.
