Martin Boyle: Hibs forward 'hard on himself' - but contribution hailed

The 27-year-old Australian internationalist has not scored for Hibs since September 12 when he netted in a 3-0 win on St Mirren, although he has contributed numerous assists, including two in Sunday’s Betfred Cup triumph over Dundee.
Ross is happy with the contribution of Boyle, who signed a new contract with Hibs earlier in the season, and said: “He's hard on himself because sometimes he doesn't feel that he's hit the levels he's been at last season, but he's provided a heck of a lot of assists this season and his contribution again was vital against Dundee.”

"We've got players who have got that flexibility playing different roles and I thought he [Martin] helped us be good in the opening 50/55 minutes of the game," added Ross.
