John McGinn sell-on clause, Liverpool and Aston Villa's £50m price tag which could land Hibs huge windfall

Aston Villa however, value their player at between £45m-£50million, according to The Athletic.
Such a sale would see Hibs come into some serious cash having sold the player for £2.75million three years ago, a deal which included a sell-on clause.
The Easter Road club stand to make 15 per cent of what McGinn is sold for, however 30 per cent of that would go to St Mirren.
A £50million deal would net Hibs a cool £5.25million after the Buddies get their slice.
