Hibs against Inverness CT in the Scottish Cup presents fans of the Easter Road side with fond memories. The last time the teams met was in the Scottish Cup quarter-final replay in 2016. The first tie in the Capital ended a 1-1 draw before Alan Stubbs took his men to the Highlands and won 2-1 thanks to an Anthony Stokes double. It was an important step on their way to cup glory. We look back at the team which won that evening and where they are now.
1. Mark Oxley
Booked for time wasting which meant he was suspended for the semi-final. Replaced by Otso Virtanen after an eye problem. Still at Southend United who he joined after leaving Hibs. Photo: SNS Group Craig Foy
2. David Gray
Club captain and legend. Scored the winning goal in the final. Still at Hibs. Photo: SNS Group Craig Foy
3. Darren McGregor
Made an important defensive contribution in the second half of the match. Like Gray, still with the club. Photo: SNS Group Craig Foy
4. Liam Fontaine
Would be part of a back three in the Scottish Cup final. Left Hibs for Ross County. Photo: SNS Group Craig Foy
