Graham Arnold’s side will face Kuwait, Chinese Taipei, Nepal and Jordan, all taking place in Kuwait City, over the course of 12 days from June 3 to June 15. Eleven members of the 31-man group will immediately travel to the Middle East to acclimatise to the weather conditions before six more will arrive over the coming week. The final 14 will meet up with the rest once the camp switches to Kuwait City.

Australia sit top of the second round qualifying group having recorded four wins out of four. However, due to the global pandemic, they haven’t played a game since November 2019 and a 1-0 away win in Jordan.
