Kids urged to Mussel in on the action

Musselburgh ATHLETIC are giving young fans the chance to get close to the action this season, writes JOHN GILMOUR.

Formed with the help of local schools and sponsors The Ravelston House,
‘Mussey Mascots’ has seen youngsters queueing up to lead out the team on match day before receiving a 
Musselburgh goodie bag. Mascots also get a free 
season ticket at Olivebank.

Musselburgh manager David McGlynn said: “We’re keen to get youngsters involved with the club. Hopefully, they can go on to become Musselburgh players of the future.”
