RANGERS 1, HEARTS 2 (Sunday, Aug 10, 2014)

Hearts concede a 90th-minute equaliser and are drawing 1-1 against Rangers at Ibrox on the opening day of the Championship season. Sow then scampers on to Sam Nicholson’s pass and slots the winner beyond Cammy Bell. A decent way to introduce yourself in Scotland.

QOS 0, HEARTS 3 (Saturday, Oct 4, 2014)

Queen of the South are enjoying a good first half but Sow produces a goal out of nothing to break the deadlock on 39 minutes. He spins on the edge of the opposition penalty area and drives an unstoppable shot in off the underside of the crossbar from 20 yards.

Sow collects a pass at least 30 yards from goal an instinctively smashes a dipping shot out of Motherwell goalkeeper Connor Ripley’s reach. His spectacular equaliser secures a 2-2 draw amid terrible conditions at Fir Park.

HEARTS 2, CELTIC 2 (Sunday, Dec 27, 2015)

Prince Buaben slips a short free-kick sideways and Sow lashes a well-struck shot from 25 yards which clips Celtic substitute Gary Mackay-Steven’s heel. The ball spins high away from Craig Gordon and into the net for a last-gasp equaliser.

HEARTS 6, MOTHERWELL 0 (Saturday, Jan 16, 2016)

Sow’s final goal for Hearts. Callum Paterson wins possession, finds Arnaud Djoum, who in turn slides a quick pass to Sow. The Swede turns to dispatch a low shot with his left foot from 20 yards which beats Motherwell goalkeeper Connor Ripley. It is Hearts’ second goal of six on the day.
