Hockey: Inverleith have top-two target in Europe

Inverleith are targeting a top-two finish in their EuroHockey Indoor Club Trophy assignment in Sveti Ivan Zelina, Croatia.

The Capital outfit open their Pool B campaign today against Danish side Slagelse before facing Swiss team Rotweiss Wettingen. Then they square-up to Atletico Clube de Portugal in their final pool game on tomorrow before the promotion and relegation cross-over ties.

Coach Stuart Neave said: “Our first priority is to try and finish in the top two of our group and then take it from there.”
