Jonny Haslem hits half century for Edinburgh University
The students had lost their opening League One clash to Carlton, but they restricted the home side to 111-8 from their 20 overs in East Lothian.
As Haslem tok his chances with the bat , Ethan Lapsley chipped in with 34 not out for an eight-wicket win.

Hide AdOn Thursday evening there were three matches played in League Two, Heriot’s, RHC Corstorphine and Watsonians coming out on top.
At Goldenacre Michael Shean took 3-9 for Heriot’s as Edinburgh Accies were restricted to 91-8. Scotland man Mark Watt then hit 59 as the hosts knocked off the runs required in less than 10 overs with nine wickets in hand.
RH Corstorphine were taking on Marchmont at Cavalry Park and the visitors took control by posting an impressive 200-3 batting first. Marchmont fell 80 runs short in reply. Watsonians won at Stuart&Stuart Penicuik.
