When Europe's elite came to play Hibs at Easter Road
Barcelona, Juventus, Porto, Liverpool, Schalke, Feyenoord, and Hajduk Split all visited Easter Road for UEFA Cup, Fairs Cup, Cup Winners’ Cup, or friendly action.

14. Feyenoord, friendly, 1985
This friendly match was arranged as a practice game for the UEFA Cup, assuming Hibs qualified (which they didn't). Hibs ran out 4-2 winners against a decent Dutch side but lost 4-0 at the weekend against Aberdeen at Pittodrie. Steve Cowan, picture, scored twice Photo: Hamish Campbell
