They lost a tight three-set match 24-26, 20-25, 24-26 at Queensferry High to throw the title race wide open. City of Glasgow Ragazzi took over at the top with an impressive 25-12, 25-12, 25-14 win over NUVOC in Coatbridge.

In the women’s SVL Premier, City of Edinburgh took another big step towards retaining their title with a 25-14, 25-22, 25-22 win over QTS Troon.
