Ahead of her Capital show, Devlin reveals, “I’ve never played a show in Edinburgh before, so I’m super excited for this. I plan to arrive early so I can have a wander up to the Castle.

“I always enjoy my time in Scotland. The audiences are always up for a laugh and a sing song. They always end up being one of my favourite audiences.”

She continues, “People can expect material both old and new, I’ll be playing songs from my album and EPs.

“I’ll totally be throwing in some festive classics too. I’ll have the lovely lads SHY and DRS joining me on stage to perform Beautiful To Me, which was the official song for national anti bullying week last year.

“All in all it looks like it’s going to be a pretty fun show.”

Of her new EP, the 21-year old singer/songwriter adds, “Little Lights is a slightly darker, more mellow venture into this special time of year.

“I wanted to acknowledge that it’s not always eggnog and wrapping paper, and that there are other, more contemplative emotions kindled at Christmastime.”

Little Lights was recorded and produced by the award-winning producer Graeme Pleeth at the prestigious Abbey Road Studios and should prove the perfectly wrapped gift to get you into the Christmas spirit.
