SWIMMERS will soon be able to test their underwater skills by taking on a new inflatable assault course.

AquaDash will be opening its doors at the Royal Commonwealth Pool - offering the first inflatable playground on water in Scotland.

Those aged six and older can take on the challenge, which opens on February 12.

People brave enough to take the plunge will slide, climb and bounce their way through nine thrilling challenges, racing against friends and family to claim victory.

Claire Rusack, leisure manager at Edinburgh Leisure, said: “AquaDash is fun but without the sun.

“Whilst we might not be blessed with wonderful continental weather, AquaDash promises all the fun of an amusement water park but indoors in a safe environment.”
