British rapper Giggs to host exclusive party in Edinburgh after Glasgow gig, and you can be there too

ONE of the biggest names on the rap scene has chosen to host his exclusive after party in the Capital when his European tour brings him to Glasgow this weekend.

Lulu nightclub on George Street will welcome rapper Giggs on Sunday 1 December when he hosts an intimate and exclusive party in association with regular club night, Tipsy.

In collaboration with Ben Kaelin, aka DJ Prospect, who runs Tipsy the night titled Tipsy with GIGGS & Friends… promises dynamic sets from some of the best contemporary names in the business.

Celebrating his sold out European tour by concluding his Scottish show at Glasgow’s SWG3, Giggs, real name Nathanial Thompson, will party with fans as the night will be open to all.

Lulu manager Chris Brown says, “It’s always exciting to have big names perform in the venue. Knowing Lulu is playing a part in Giggs’s sold out European tour by playing host his official after party is amazing.

"We can’t wait to welcome him and his fans to celebrate in true Tipsy-style.”

Lulu has hosted many after parties with musicians, most notably Lewis Capaldi, Rita Ora and Emilie Sandi as well as with other celebrity names in sport such as the Scottish Rugby team who often celebrate the end of a match in the famous George Street Venue.

The rapper, who hails from Peckham, has carved a path in the industry with his original, matter of fact lyricism. Celebrated for bridging the gap between the UK Europe and America, he is now regarded by many to be the scene’s biggest name at the moment.

Located beneath Tigerlily, Lulu is a late night lounge that hosts an array of events featuring everything from the latest chart hits to RnB, soul and jazz, there’s something to appeal to all music tastes.

Guest DJs also appear throughout the year with the likes of Scott Mills, Jameela Jamil and Edith Bowman all previously taking the stage and decks at Lulu.
