Simon Paterson-Brown and John Evans set up an annual post- match party some 13 years ago with Paterson-Brown’s group, The Prov Johnstone Band, providing the music.

He explains, “We have had a lot of great nights in aid of another charity and John and I were both keen to continue the fun in aid of a local cause. BATs delivers so much great work in the community, not just in rugby, and The Bill McLaren Foundation is close to our hearts.”

Alan Lawson, Chief Executive of The Bill McLaren Foundation, adds, “I’ve been at a number of the Jam House events over the years and they’re great fun with brilliant music. There are always greats from rugby and other fields who come along. Kelly Brown made his stage debut on one of these nights and the Scotland players love coming along to meet the fans and have a good time after a tough game. We’re delighted to be working to develop young people’s sport in North Edinburgh.’

Doors open 7pm with proceeds of all tickets sold online going to the cause.Tickets, priced £11 from [email protected]
