Cocktails by candlelight at The Caley

THE Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh, best known to you and I as The Caley is celebrating WWF's Earth Hour with an hour of cocktails and canapés by candlelight in The Caley Bar on Saturday.

The special event will offer guests the opportunity to enjoy a flight of three cocktail classics, paired with matching canapés.

Served by candlelight, the special menu will include a Bloody Mary, a Bellini and a White Russian served alongside accompanying nibbles of mozzarella and pesto, fresh smoked salmon and a deluxe chocolate cone.

The Caley Bar will join thousands of people across the world in switching off its lights between 8.30pm and 9.30pm to celebrate Earth Hour, a worldwide grassroots movement uniting people to protect the planet, and raise awareness of climate change.
