Edinburgh Zoo is reopening after months of closure due to the coronavirus pandemic.
On Monday, June 29, the top attraction flung open its doors to the public for the first time in over three months.
With penguin designed facemasks at the ready and brightly coloured paw prints to guide visitors, the zoo welcomed back families to enjoy some of the city’s most exotic animals once again.
At full capacity for the next two weeks, staff have been working hard to make the much-awaited reopening go smoothly. Take a look at images from the zoo’s first day back in business.
