Edinburgh Fringe Festival is in full swing, bringing the city alive after months of lockdown.
As ever, there’s an endless amount of things to see and do – comedy to cackle at, shows to amaze and delight, and delicious food to try.
But if you’re wondering where to even begin, we’ve drawn up a list of the venues which will be at the heart of all the action.
Here are 10 places you simply must not miss during Edinburgh Fringe this year.

5. Guilded Balloon Teviot

6. Summerhall
Just off the Meadows, Summerhall will be presenting engaging, challenging and exhilarating theatre, music, dance and visual arts for people of all ages in the atmospheric buildings of Edinburgh’s former Royal (Dick) Veterinary College. 7. Edinburgh Book Festival

8. theSpace @ Surgeon's Hall
theSpace at Surgeon's Hall is a multi-space destination venue which has been visited by the likes of Phoebe Waller-Bridge this year. Found at the Royal College of Surgeons, this 10-space hub is showcasing new writing, theatre, musicals, children's shows, sketch, improv, acapalla, dance, spoken word, comedy - you name it.
