Claire Wilde oversaw data and investigations projects for the National World news group until summer 2023. She was formerly the crime correspondent at The Yorkshire Post and City Hall reporter for the Telegraph and Argus in Bradford. She has also written for the BBC and the i, among others.

Awards include the National World Investigation of the Year in 2022 and the Yorkshire Press Awards News Reporter of the Year in 2009.
