I work as a Property, Heritage and Retro Specialist at NationalWorld covering all things bygone, nostalgic and even reflections on the daily news agenda. I've previously worked at NationalWorld as a head of audience and assistant editor at a number of National World Publishing Group titles. My role is to keep our audience and their interests in mind with the content we produce and how we share stories so they can readers.
As well as focussing on the number crunching, you may see my name appear on the odd byline on PeopleWorld and as our site continues to grow, we look at more ways we can become your first port of call for all thing entertainment, showbiz and generally trending. I've also worked in local news at Nottinghamshire Live, Derbyshire Live, and Lincolnshire Live as a reporter and entertainment writer.
During my time here my bylines were also in national newspapers including The Mirror. I've also worked as a Content Editor for Reach PLC's Google Showcase and Apple News team. As well as my job with National World, I also work as an hourly paid lecturer at Nottingham Trent University's Centre for Broadcast and Journalism - where I graduated from as an MA in Journalism.
