North England Lockdown: All the areas in affected by new government restrictions

Nicola Sturgeon has strongly advised people not to travel to the North of England after a spike in positive cases of coronavirus.
The First Minister spoke at a press conference on Friday.


She has asked that anyone who has booked travel to the areas affected to cancel their trip unless it is absolutely necessary.

Hide AdAnybody who is already in these areas and hoping to come home to Scotland will be allowed, but on their return must minimise contact with others as much as possible for two weeks.
Ms Sturgeon added that this was an “important and necessary precaution” and made special mention of those travelling to celebrate Eid al-Adha, which starts on Friday, asking that the holy holiday is celebrated safely.
These are the areas that the Scottish Government is advising people not to travel to.
