Here are 13 major developments to look out for in the coming year.
1. Haymarket Edinburgh

2. New Waverley
The completion of phase one of this huge £240million Canongait Development in 2021 will see the residential part of the development completed. When finished, the mixed-use development will include 185 homes, 18,000 m² of office space, a 146-room Adagio Aparthotel, a 127-room Premier Inn, a 121-room Hub by Premier Inn, a 21-room DogHouse Edinburgh and BrewDog Bar, the Edinburgh Gin distillery and visitor centre, and 28 shops. 3. New Fountainbridge

4. BHS Redevelopment
