A university in Edinburgh has called for drinkers to sign up for tastings that will help develop delicious new beer products. Participants will get to sample a selection of beers, and will be rewarded with either a £10 John Lewis or Amazon voucher.

The sessions will be held on Saturday, November 26, at Surgeon’s Quarter in Edinburgh’s Newington area. Each tasting will last around 40 mins, and will involve participants sampling new formulations of beers and providing feedback. They will not know the type of ale being tested, to allow the food and drink specialists running the session to get a completely unbiased review of each drink.
