As the Michelin Stars for 2021 have been announced, here we take a look at the Capital’s Michelin Star and Bib Gourmand restaurants.

From five star fine dining at the Balmoral to the latest Bib Gourmand, here are some of Edinburgh’s best restaurants according to the Michelin Guide.
