Salerno Pizza confirmed to have snapped up a spot at Edinburgh's new St James Quarter

It was announced earlier today that pizza restaurant, Salerno Pizza, will be joining the list of hospitality and retail giants set to open up next year in St James Quarter.

Salerno Pizza offers authentic Napolitana pizza and will be found on the fourth level of the development taking up 3,550 square feet as part of St James Quarter’s ‘premium dining terrace’.

The 1.7 million square foot city centre development also announced this morning that Bross Bagels has secured a spot as well.

Both restaurants will launch in spring 2021 during the opening of the first retail phase of the development.

Ed Corrigan at St James Quarter, commented: “We are curating a truly complementary mix of international eateries, while preserving the development’s Scottish roots and links

with the local community.

"That’s why we’re really proud to be able to collaborate with local entrepreneurs such as Bross Bagels who have absolutely taken the Edinburgh scene by storm, and Salerno Pizza.”

school style deli booths and floor to ceiling windows throughout.

More details are yet to be announced by Salerno Pizza on their venture into the capital’s flagship development.

Other shops confirmed to be opening in the St James Quarter include Kurt Geiger, a luxury British footwear and accessory retailer and the Lego Store.

The toy giant has more than 130 stores across the world, with its latest due to open here.
