Offering five floors of optical illusions and fun activities, the Camera Obscura offers a great family day out. The wee food blogger wrote: "A great day out for all ages. 7. Palace of Holyrood House
The Queen's official residence in Scotland, the Palace of Holyrood House is perfect for history buffs who have awarded it over 7,000 five star reviews. Asia P wrote: This is a must see in Edinburgh. 8. The Royal Mile
Particularly popular for the street performers during festival season, the Royal Mile is rated highly for architecture and history in its 25,000+ reviews. Terry wrote: "The mile is steeped in history, with a lot of amazing buildings, not counting the shops.
