Circulating on Twitter is an image that states: “Whatever song was number 1 on your 12th birthday is your quarantine theme song.”

The rules are therefore simple - all you need to do is post whatever song was number one in the charts at the time of your 12th birthday and post it to Twitter with the hashtag #QuarantineThemeSong.

How do I find out my song?

To find out your quarantine theme song, you can head to This Day In Music, where you can enter the day, month and year of your 12th birthday.

The website will then show you the number one at that time, not just in the UK, but in other countries as well, including Australia, Germany, Canada and more.
