Two teenage boys aged 16 and 17 have been arrested following an attempted housebreaking in Baberton in the early hours of Wednesday.

Police were called at around 3.10am on Wednesday, April 12, following a report of an attempted housebreaking at a property in Baberton Mains Court, Edinburgh.

The officers attended the scene and two male youths aged 16 and 17 were arrested in connection with the incident.

Police enquiries remain ongoing.
