Two Edinburgh youngsters who held onto the back of a bus while it was moving have been charged.

The pair were apprehended by officers after an incident in Edinburgh, where they grabbed the back of a Lothian Bus whilst it was in motion.

In a social media post, Edinburgh Police South-East Division wrote that the charge had been brought about “due to the significant risk of harm this poses to the young person and motorists”.

They added: "We will take robust action to stop this dangerous behaviour.”
