Lochend Park incident: Man arrested and charged after video of alleged knife incident at Edinburgh park emerges

Police have confirmed that a man has been arrested and charged in connection with an incident in Lochend Park over the weekend.

The news comes after a video circulated on social media in the Capital.

The 32-year-old man is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on today (Wednesday, May 19).

On Tuesday, police reassured the public that nobody was hurt in the incident on Lochend Park on Friday, May 14.

Officers reported yesterday that they were following positive lines of enquiry.
