West Lothian Police have appealed to the public to report locals driving motorbikes on pavements in Polbeth.

The ‘reckless and dangerous’ driving is a danger to the public, especially young children, police said.

The drivers have been active in the Chapelton Drive area.

Police said local people are likely to know those drivers who are involved.

Police Sergeant Iain Wells said: "The persons involved in this dangerous activity are driving on pavements and showing a total disregard to the dangers they present to the public, especially young children.

“Locals will know who are involved and I appeal to them to call the police on 101 quoting incident number 3403 19/04/20 or anonymously at Crimestoppers-uk.org or 0800 555 111.”
