Uninsured, no MOT and disqualified - two car owners in West Lothian reported for driving illegally

Two drivers have been stopped by police in West Lothian for driving illegally.

Officers stopped a driver of a Cirtoen Broxburn who was found to be disqualified from driving and the vehicle was uninsured.

A second car owner in the area was also stopped for driving an uninsured Ford with no MOT.

Both drivers have been reported to the Procurator Fiscal and the cars have been removed from the road.

A police spokeswoman said: “Livingston Road Police stopped this Citroen in Broxburn for no insurance.

"Officers discovered that the driver was disqualified too.

"Whilst waiting on recovery the driver of this Ford was also found to have no insurance and no current MOT.
