A police helicopter was spotted flying over a town in West Lothian.
Residents reported a heavy police presence in Blackburn following what some locals have described as a “chainsaw attack.”Footage shows a helicopter circulating above the town where the major incident happened last night.
Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
