West Lothian crime: Police appeal over stolen off-road motorbike worth £8,000

Police are appealing for information after an off road motorbike was stolen from a property in West Lothian.

The orange KTM EXC 300, registration number OY71 RVV was taken around 2am on Thursday (August 11), when a man broke into the garage of a house on Old Golf Course Road, Armadale.

Police say the motorbike is worth around £8,000.

Three men were seen at the time and detectives are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen them before and after the break-in.

The suspects arrived on foot and were wearing balaclavas and gloves.

They left on foot pushing the motorbike a short time later.

Detective Constable Jennifer Rogers, of Livingston CID, said: “Our enquiries are ongoing to trace these men. If anyone saw them or knows who they are then please get in touch.

“In addition, if you have private CCTV or dash-cam that could assist with our investigation then please contact us.”
