A 41-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal crash in Edinburgh.
The man was charged with road traffic offences and is due to appear at court at a later date.
The incident, involving a van and a pedestrian, happened in Trinity Crescent at around 5.50pm on April 10.
A 58-year-old pedestrian was injured in the collision and taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. The man, Dr William Noel from Philadelphia, died on Monday, April 29.
