Social Bite, a Scottish homelessness charity, has unveiled a campaign to help its efforts to deliver food to vulnerable people during the lockdown.

Working with other groups like Somebody Cares Scotland, and Goodtrees Neighbourhood Centre, Social Bite says it has managed to provide 85,000 emergency food packs to homeless and vulnerable people.

But the charity is now looking to scale up its production from 4,500 packs a day, to 6,500.

It hopes its new #FeedTheNation campaign will help fund the expansion.

How does it work?

People can help fund Social Bite’s efforts by:

1. Making a meal with five ingredients and sharing a pic of it on social media
