Edinburgh traffic: Lothian Buses delayed across the Capital

Lothian Buses services across Edinburgh are being affected by busy traffic this evening.

Earlier this evening, Lothian Buses issued a service alert, which read: “Due to traffic congestion buses are being delayed networkwide.”

The bus company has blamed the delay on “a number of issues”, which include roadworks, diversions and congestion.

It is unclear when services will return to normal.
