And for the third game in a row, Robbie Neilson’s men had to come from behind to earn the draw, Inverness CT going ahead early on through Miles Storey. Liam Boyce netted the equaliser late in the half.
The second half was far from an entertaining fare but the league leaders had chances late in the game to win it with Boyce hitting the bar and Gnanduillet and Walker going close but it was too little too late.
The draw takes Hearts 12 points clear at the top ahead of Saturday’s fixtures.

5. Stephen Kingsley - 6
An important interception in the box in the second half after Halkett lost the ball. An unusual game without a direct opponent due to ICT's formation. Photo: Paul Devlin - SNS Group

6. Andy Halliday - 5
Looked better as a left wing-back. Doesn't have the controlling qualities in midfield of Andy Irving, better as a No.8 where he can push forward. Photo: Mark Scates - SNS Group

7. Aaron McEneff - 6
Started positively with a couple of efforts after that a lot of hustle and bustle in a game low on quality. Photo: Craig Foy - SNS Group

8. Gary Mackay-Steven - 6
Erratic start but was arguably the most dangerous Hearts player in spells with his powerful and pacy running but never really created an opening for himself or a team-mate. Photo: Paul Devlin - SNS Group
