And for the third game in a row, Robbie Neilson’s men had to come from behind to earn the draw, Inverness CT going ahead early on through Miles Storey. Liam Boyce netted the equaliser late in the half.
The second half was far from an entertaining fare but the league leaders had chances late in the game to win it with Boyce hitting the bar and Gnanduillet and Walker going close but it was too little too late.
The draw takes Hearts 12 points clear at the top ahead of Saturday’s fixtures.

9. Gervane Kastaneer - 4
Brought pace to the team but very rarely was he a threat out wide or in a central area. Subbed at half-time. Photo: Ross MacDonald - SNS Group

10. Liam Boyce - 6
A real striker's effort to equalise in the first half. His all-round performance, however, wasn't near his usual standards. Won fouls and offered himself as a focal point but those touches and link play wasn't quite there. Photo: Ross Parker - SNS Group

11. Steven Naismith - 4
The captain was just off the mark throughout. Everything he tried didn't really come off. For fans it is frustrating to watch considering the incredible influence the forward has had across the past few seasons. Photo: Mark Scates - SNS Group

12. Jamie Walker - 6
Came off the bench for Naismith and was bright. Put in a dangerous cross early on and had a couple of efforts but faded between the period just coming off the bench and the final five minutes. Photo: Mark Scates - SNS Group
