. Little fans favourite
"It was also the week of my sons third birthday so I asked if I could get a photo of Glen with Marius. We turned up expecting a photo. Zal took us on the pitch for an hour, did many photos and they did the Moonwalk together" said Hearts fan Linda Lee Thompson. Zali kept in touch with the family, with Linda adding "We have so many special memories. Loads of photos, videos, signed frames boots, signed photos and the signed 5-1 shirt.". What a terrific man. . The terrace hero
"Initially he was pretty much the poster boy of the type of substandard player Vladimir brought in. But as time went on he grew and grew as did the fans' love for him. To go from that to a terrace hero shows just how much dedication and staying power he had and how much his love for the club flourished over time and with it the fans love for him." said Alex Munro. 5. Simple tastes
Sent in by Alan Doyle, this photo shows that Zali wasn't flash with his cars. Or he was just too big for this one. Photo: Alan Doyle

6. "He ordered FOUR double-cheeseburgers"
"I remember seeing him in McDonalds three days before the Scottish Cup final in 2012. I was in total awe seeing the 6"2 man tower over the tiny lass serving him. He ordered four double-cheeseburgers. I said 'you've got a final In 3 days!' and he responded, with a wink ,'it's not for me' followed by a wink at me. What a lad" Dean Ballantyne recalls Zali's love of cheeseburgers. Photo: SNS

7. The Zaliukas Conga
"I remember all the Jambo’s doing the conga outside of a pub door after we destroyed Hibs in the cup final. They went through another door singing 'do do do Marius Zaliukas - it must’ve went on for about two hours" said Nick Dunne. Photo: SNS

8. Derby day winner
Andrw Gray kept it nice and simple, stating his favourite moment was "Easter road. 82nd minute Big Zal 1-0." Need we say more? Photo: SNS
