Those fans who have snapped up briefs have been dubbed ‘The Famous 5000’ by Hibs, the club thanking them for their continued support.

Hibs were one of the first teams in the UK to launch their season ticket packages a month ago, only a couple of weeks after football was postponed.

Despite the uncertainty with regards to the commencement of the 2020/2021 campaign, supporters have rallied to get behind the club financially in a difficult period.

The club offered fans a range of different seating options as well as the ability to spread the cost of their ticket.

Celebrity fans Dougray Scot lent his voice to the promotional video which told fans: 'This is our city, We Are All Hibs'.

Since then, the club have hit the headlines for their tribute to the NHS.

From the start of next season they will wear a ‘Thank You NHS’ on their new home shirt as Hibs aim to raise six figures for NHS Lothian charity Edinburgh & Lothians Health Foundation.

The shirt became the fastest selling in the club’s history when it went on sale on Friday.

In addition, the first home league game of the new term will be a ‘Thank You NHS day’, while 100 free tickets will be made available to NHS staff for every home fixture during the season.
