Scott Mercer joins Edinburgh
Defender Scott Mercer has put pen to paper on a one-and-half-year deal with FC Edinburgh.
The 27-year-old has joined from League Two outfit East Fife and has also played for Queen of the South and Falkirk.Mercer made 26 appearances in all competitions for the Methil club this season, scoring six times.
His most recent goal came in the 3-1 defeat to Stranraer on Saturday.
Citizens boss Alan Maybury had been tracking the player for some time now and is delighted to finally this deal over the line.
